    Head in to Love Bucket and The Jefferson this Gin Jubilee and $1 from each featured cocktail will be donated to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, an organisation which adopts elephants who have been orphaned by poaching in East Africa.

    A pop up bar in one of the smallest bars on Ponsonby Rd, surely the idea of a madman. Inspired by Cheetah (Tarzan’s Monkey) the bar will be serving up a bit of the Monkey 47 style, and of course, tasty drinks.

    The friendly folk down at The Lula Inn love any excuse to throw a party. Showcasing cocktail-guru Mason’s Gin Jubilee Scapegrace cocktail, The Maiden Lula, amongst their impressive 40+ strong gin collection, is their latest excuse for a good-time bash. Join Hamish Crocker (SAX), DJ Phoebe Falconer and Mischief Band as they keep the tunes coming while you sit back in their waterfront garden oasis, sip away on shaken or stirred gin specials and enjoy tasty treats from the chefs kiwi-inspired kitchen.

    East Imperial is one of the world's finest producers of quality Tonics, and tonight we have brand ambassador Mikey Ball hosting a very special evening. We will learn the history of Tonic water and it's quintessential partner, Gin. East Imperial will present four different Tonics and their Ginger Beer, each matched in a cocktail with a different Gin. We will also have the ambassadors from five great Gins here to present and discuss the matches - Blush Gin, Hidden World, Rutte, Sacred Spring and Scapegrace (formerly Rouge Society).     Partnering with the talented team at Lillius, Logan Demmy, Spirits Ambassador for Pernod Ricard New Zealand, looks to take food pairing to a new level. The food and drink menu take inspiration from the different botanicals which set Monkey 47 apart. Guests will be treated to a 5 course tasting menu with drinks to pair throughout.

  • Thursday 12th AprilSacred Spring & Satya presents: The Botanical Bazaar

    Satya & Sacred Spring have joined forces to bring you the botanical bazaar. Come experience bold flavours and colourful cocktails with our food and cocktail pairing evening. Owners Sammy (Satya) and Ben Bonoma (Sacred Spring) will take guests through the flavours and pairings on a night that will surely be the most memorable during Gin Jubilee.

    Citadelle Gin, the premier ‘Gin de France’ arrives in Auckland for Gin Jubilee. For one special night, Citadelle Gin will be holding an exclusive evening at 46 & York, showcasing it’s award-winning gin in a variety of cocktails and libations, all served alongside delicious Bluff oysters. Expect Gin & Tonics and cocktails in a specially designed menu for the evening. The evening will be hosted by Mitch Wilson, Brand Ambassador for Citadelle Gin and Maison Ferrand.

  • Thurs 12th & Fri 13th AprilSacred Spring & Fukuko presents: Crowd Painting

    Channel your inner Picasso and get down to Fukuko to be part of Sacred Spring’s Gin mural. Each guest will have the opportunity to paint a mural while sipping on the incredibly refreshing Gin Jubilee cocktail. The final mural will be proudly displayed at the closing party on 14th April before taking its permanent home at the distillery in Golden Bay. Let’s create a masterpiece together!

East Imperial Gin Lane Closing Party

Saturday April 14th

Time: 5pm Venue: 130 Ponsonby Rd, Grey Lynn Entry: Free

The Gin Lane closing street party will showcase a series of pop up bars and gin brands at Ponsonby’s Gypsy Caravan. Auckland’s “Best Gin & Tonic” winner will also be announced here. The Gin Lane party is free for all to attend, and guests can take the opportunity to try out some of the competing bars’ Gin & Tonic creations.
